Can Wenney manufacture complete assemblies?
Yes. Wenney can manufacture or source individual components, install inserts and hardware, carry out bonding and assembly, and supply complete finished products where appropriate.
Does Wenney only make one-off parts?
No. Wenney supports individual prototypes, one-off requirements, production batches, repeat orders and scalable volume production. The manufacturing route and capacity are planned around the project requirements.
Do you work with both businesses and individuals?
Yes. Wenney works with individuals, engineers, product developers and established businesses. We can provide complete design support or manufacture directly from production-ready drawings and CAD data.
Can you help design my part or product?
Yes. Wenney can turn sketches, damaged components, photographs and early-stage ideas into manufacturing-ready designs. We can also review existing designs for materials, manufacturability, assembly and production.
Can you recreate broken, obsolete or discontinued parts?
Often, yes. Existing components can be measured and reverse engineered to create a replacement. Where appropriate, the material or design can also be reviewed to improve a known weakness rather than reproducing the same failure.
Do you provide subcontract and overflow manufacturing?
Yes. Wenney can support businesses requiring additional manufacturing capacity, make-to-print component production, subcontract assembly, repeat supply or help clearing production backlogs.
Which materials and manufacturing processes are available?
Projects may use metals, engineering plastics, carbon fibre and other composite materials. Manufacturing can include CNC machining, rapid plastic production, carbon fibre sheet and tube machining, moulding, bonding and assembly.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
No fixed minimum order applies. Wenney can consider one component, a development prototype, a production batch or an ongoing supply requirement.
How quickly can my project be completed?
Lead time depends on the design work, material, manufacturing process and quantity required. Same-day or urgent manufacture may be available for suitable projects, while tooling, complex assemblies and production quantities require additional planning.
Any expected lead time will be discussed before the order is confirmed.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on design time, materials, tooling, manufacturing complexity, assembly requirements and quantity. Each project is reviewed individually so that the quotation reflects the actual work required.
